Showed up when promised or if was running late, called to keep us informed. Before starting the job they reviewed the work to be done and addressed any questions. As they got into the job there were a couple additional findings, but minimal added expense and they walked us through the items. They cleaned up after completing the work. Very professional, if additional work would be needed, we would call them again.

Wow! he was extremely professional, could have installed a new ballist,that's what I thought I needed. He showed me I was using the wrong kind of tube light and showed me how to put the right kind in correctly. He showed me how to use the DVD player. His work was done expertly and efficiently. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I used the $99 Angie's Deal. The company was prompt in their response to me in setting up an appointment. The electrician arrived on time, he was not able to fully install the ceiling fan the first time because there was a huge opening in the ceiling from the previous square light fixture that had been up there, and my new fixture didn't quite cover the openings, so I wanted to go out and buy a canopy for the ceiling to cover the openings that weren't covered by my new light fixture. So, since the electrician (I can't remember his name) was not able to finish that project, he fixed a light fixture in my basement that kept flickering. There was a loose wire by the light switch. The electrician told me to let him know when I had the canopy and he'd come back and finish installing the ceiling fixture. So, I emailed them when I had the canopy and the guy came out and finished installing my fixture. It was a super snowy day and I thought he might cancel and reschedule, but nope. He showed up on time. I would highly recommend Sudduth Electrical.

We recently had a kitchen remodel done but when the installers pulled the outlets from the wall to do the tile work, some wires broke off from the outlets. Josh fixed the wiring issue in a timely fashion and we were only charged for the service call. He was prompt, professional, courteous and the work was done in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.

Everything went fine. He finished the work according to the estimated time and according to the estimated cost. No problems whatsoever.

The services from Sudduth Electrical Service and Repair L.L.C. turned out great. I had a light put on in my garage, a security light. I also had one put on in the back of my house that was about it. I had spoken for a couple of days before they were supposed to come out. I let them know because of the weather conditions to give me a call and I would be here before them. I asked them to do one thing for me because I needed the GFCI's by my kitchen sink and he installed one for me. I think it cost me 18.75 and 5 dollars. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He even noticed some things that I didn't realize I had a problem with. He told if we called another electric and have them come out. There were a couple of wires in my house that were lose, not exactly lose but too close together. I called them and they came out and took care of it for me. I had purchased my own products. He did do some things that I needed. Where my old light was he had to fill in the hole with some of the materials that he had to prevent leakage. He took his time and did a great job on that. The responsiveness was great. He told me he would be here at a certain time and he was here. He was very professional. I would use him in the future and I would recommend them to someone too.

Excellent work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Didn't waste any time, but was very easy to work with. I will probably use them to add another circuit later this year.

Mr. Sudduth came out to my house to inspect the job and give me a price quote. He was on time. Unfortuantely, as stated above, we did not use his service at this time. I would use him again inthe future without question.

Mr. Sudduth arrived on time and got to work immediately. He wanted to do the job right, so I needed to go to Menard's to buy a medallion--a white disc to cover electrical box on my ceiling. I also had to exchange a globe for one fan, which was cracked. Menards was easy to work with and this took little time. I appreciate his advice about wires and a fuse box in my basement. He was honest and helpful. I will call him again!

I had some electric baseboard heaters that wasn't working and he fixed that. He also put up some light fixtures up, too.

I called and Scheduled an Estimate from this company to happen Friday morning at 0930 a.m. 1015 a.m. came and no one showed up, I have called the company, left a message on their system.

They did a good job but the next day we found a rather large hole in one of our bedroom closets that they made during the job but did not let us know. I called them and he was going to have someone come out and fix it. However I paid them an extra $43.00 for supplies and I offered to fix the hole ourselves if they returned the $43.00 to us and he agreed.

It went great. Josh called that morning to let me know he would be coming. He worked on a number of projects in our home including changing our 4 dimmable switches that were connected to an outlet (against code). He also put in a dimmable switch and did some troubleshooting in our home. Josh was very friendly, courteous and professional. He was very patient and moved from one job to the next. He was very willing to undertake all of my requests and made sure everything was done to my satisfactions.

Based on my experience today, Josh will be upgrading my electrical box in the basement and fixing some irregularities. I was very pleased with his service.
