Excellent job!

Because there was so much to do I had faxed the list of needed repairs. He called me the next morning and scheduled the time of arrival. He arrived on time. As the work progressed I was kept informed of the status. The work sites were cleaned up, nothing left behind. Great job and I will call him again when something goes awry. Very reasonable price for all he did. All this work was done at my parent's house in another city.

This is a single guy operation. We had him come to our house to give us an estimate on doing a small job in our basement. On the day he was to come out ang give us an estimate I had to call him because he was almost an hour late, then he tells me he's on his way and he just got a service call that needed to be addressed urgently but didn’t apologize for not calling to let us know. Well that should have been an indicator there but we marched on. He looked at our basement and told me he'd send me a quote early next week so I thanked him for coming out. He was very professional and had some good ideas. Almost 2 weeks later I call him and asked if he forgot about the quote, he gave me a price of $700 over the phone and said he'd drop the quote in the mail that day. We never got the quote so two weeks later I call and ask him to come out and do the work on Tuesday of next week. I make arrangements to take the day off so he can come do our job, He mentioned that it should only take a few hours. The appointment was at 10am, so knowing his track history, I call him at 8am on Tuesday and tell him we will be waiting for him. He says he was just about to call me and that he got another call from someone with an urgent issue, he will have to cancel and will maybe reschedule something next week. I will not call him again. He might be a good person to call if you need something urgent done because he obviously will cancel all appointments to get it done.

He was very cooperative. He had a lot of ideas that he contributed in addition to good work.
