The customer service person had me scheduled within two days of my call, the service people showed up within the expected time frame, were courteous and very quick. They had my system turned on and working in no time. I would recommend them to anyone. Their pricing is very competitive to other companies.

Extremely polite and professional. Every other company can learn from their customer service. There was a little hiccup with their Teflon tape but they resolved within a few days.

A $125 service call is much more than what I was paying with another service, but....these guys were very knowledgeable and quite friendly. They arrived when they said they would and were very helpful. I will use their services again.....but do wish their cost could be less for senior citizens who are on fixed incomes. Don G.
