Ben was very helpful and explained everything that he was going to do. I had an issue with a SD card reader on my laptop, and he was able to figure it out. Also transferred from an old laptop hard drive files to my current laptop. Ben walked me through changes that he had made and made sure that I understood all. I would highly recommend him.

Ben and Mari did everything I wanted and so much more. I had some issues with passwords and they were able to figure it out. They were there to set up and transfer data to my new pc but then said they could also set up my new printer. That's great customer service. I had tried 4 other computer places two of them did not answer the phone and the other two did not return my messages to call me back. If anyone is looking for good customer service you can count on these two to do the job.

They were on time told what they were going to do and did what they said they were going to do. Very helpful and courteous and gave me a couple helpful tips.

We used Ben to install security software; set up computers; set up a firewall for the server; run cable; and assist in training support staff on use of software. We've also used him to upgrade computer software. When computers are down, Ben can troubleshoot every problem. He never disappoints.

Anytime we have PC, internet, or printer issues Ben is who we call. Ben has setup our new laptops, and manages the security and protection on our electronic devices. He has setup and helps troubleshoot any printer issues we have. When we have issues or questions with our wifi or cell phones he is always helpful and gets things sorted for us. We are not techie people so Ben's services are very valuable to us.

I recently had Ben and Mari come to my home to fix my slow and frequently crashing computer, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issues quickly, removed malware, updated my operating system. He explained everything clearly and even provided some useful maintenance tips. My computer runs so smoothly now! I would reccomend them to anyone!
