WISCONSIN HOME INSPECTIONS LLC

My husband and I recently hired Paul to inspect a home. The home was an older one and so we had quite a few concerns. One reason we chose this company, was because it estimated 2 1/2 to 3 hours while most other places estimated only 1 1/2 to 2. And Paul was extremely through. He went around the house, up in the attic and down in the basement, and spent quite a bit of time in each area. All in all, for a 2,500 sq ft home, we were there about 3 hours. My husband and I both asked a lot of questions, and Paul was very patient and took time to answer them all. Also, looking through the report later on I thought of a few questions I wanted to ask. I emailed them over, and Paul got back to me within the day. If we have any regrets, its that Paul arrived early, before we even got there, and had already walked around the perimeter of the house. While I applaud his initiative, on the other hand, we would have liked to walk around with him in case we had any questions.
