They were here quickly. The work was done well and I appreciate their efforts. We were able to save the walls and carpeting. Had specialized fans to help dry interior walls. Cleaned the carpet as well.

Called and spoke to Dan the owner on Sat. December 19th at about 10 am. I explained what was going on with my crawlspace and that I had been having huge problems getting a local Green Bay company to get me an estimate or definite price in a timely manner or give me a timeline of when I could expect them. I explained to him that I had given up on the other company and was in desperate straits to get this done before Christmas...that I was very nervous about ending up with mold issues. He was so nice and understanding about my predicament and had 2 guys at my place within 2 hours of my call. They were absolutely fantastic and kept me informed of everything they were doing. They came back 3 days later to pick up the equipment, called me as promised before they came, and for extra good measure, sanitized the cement again. In the end, their price was $450 less than the other company, who I finally got a firm price from after 3 days of of me calling them more than once trying to get answers. These people were wonderful from the word go and I would highly recommend them!

Dan Dringoli was our contact and provider for the mold remediation service. Messages and questions were replied to in a professional and timely manner. The service was completed on time and met with our expectations. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this business.

They do great work.

The Puro Clean team really provided the best customer service possible in a pretty stressful situation. We had our entire finished basement flooded with water after the sump pump stopped working. In addition to that, we had a 2 week old baby and prescehooler with a significant mold allergy to worry about. We knew we had to get the water out as soon as possible. The Puro Clean team came out within a half hour of calling and started working on tearing out the basement right away. They took out 4 layers of subflooring + carpet, moved furniture, cleaned all areas and completely dried out the basement and sprayed for mold in 2 days. The owner, Dan, was incredibly compassionate and helpful in working with us to keep the cost low, especially because insurance was not able to cover all damage. The Puro Clean team was overall very prompt, caring, professional, trustworthy, and always willing to work with us and answer any questions along the way. They put our minds at ease and made the experience so much easier to endure. We are so grateful to Dan, Jason, and the PuroClean team for taking great care of our home and family! They get my highest recommendation use them again in a heartbeat! Please don't hesitate to call Puro Clean if you find yourself in a similar situation, you will be glad you did!!

Excellent work. Puroclean showed up for an estimate the day after I called them. They were very thorough, efficient, and professional. The post test air mold count in my basement was extremely low compared to the air mold count upstairs and outside. Did I mention they are very fast. Good communication. I recommend this contractor.

Overall I was happy with what they did. They completed the job in a timely manor. I would use them again in the future.

Great...fans and dehumidifiers worked overtime and got the basement back in order in no time.

Our home had a window, brick and eaves trough defect that was allowing water to enter inside the wall. Undetected until the water allowed mold to grow and started to leave it's telltale scent. PuroClean detected areas affected by the moisture and water. After the removal of drywall and insulation, they cleaned up the water, sprayed their solution(s) on the mold effected area. This was to kill any living mold and sanitize the rest. (Yay!) HEPA filters were ran to purify the air. (Yay again!) These steps really make us comfortable that our home is once again safe, clean and fresh. The PuroClean team was prompt and courteous. And worked fast and efficient. Even tidied up the room before they left. They contacted us a few days after the job was finished to ensure our satisfaction and to see if anything needed to be followed up on. (That was cool!) We are very satisfied! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thank you all at PuroClean for the great service!

They did a fantastic job, they were very respectful nice guys. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

It went extremely well. They had very informative videos and awesome information. They were fast, efficient, caring and checked back and the initial $50 charge went toward the final bill but it wasn't an extra charge. When I called them for the initial and then we thought about it. And then I called them back for a second estimate they were outstanding in getting back to us with an additional estimate right away within 24 hours.

Their crew came right away when called. They were in uniforms with company logo. Each workman introduced himself to us. They quickly assessed the equipment needed for the job. They explained the scope of their work to us and gave us a timeline. They called prior to arrival. They were completely professional in all aspects of the job. This is the second time we have used them for the same type of work in 3 years. Hopefully we will not need them again, but if we do, we will certainly call them.

Bob was amazing to work with. Very polite and up front with all the details and costs that would go into the project. Bob was considerate of our timeline and budget and expressed his thoughts but did not pressure us in any way to take their service. The brick looks great and we are happy we had this done.

This company took my worries away! They were helping with everything just after I called. They were caring, professional and fast. They checked for moisture in the walls, got rid of the water. Ripped out carpet padding, dried the whole basement. Came back a few times to check everything. What a great company. I was so worried about the water in our new basement. They said "don't worry we will take care of all of it." Wow, they did. The price was more the dehumidifiers, but worth it.

We couldn't have been happier. PuroClean greatly exceeded our expectations.
