The inspection went extremely well. Everything that was a current issue, a safety issue, possible safety issues or possible future issue was pointed out and explained in depth. Rick went over all his findings and if i did not understand something, he explained it in detail. He went the extra step to show me where the furnance filter was located on the unit and how to change it. He offered his assistance with any questions or concerns for any issues after the home was purchased as well. He was very friendly and professional. Overall i feel confident in his findings and explanations and would recommend his services to any future home buyer.

Amazingly well, inspector was very knowledgeable and took his time to not only check things but also explaining how everything worked and what he recommended.
