+ -1 moreI work for an HVAC Distributor so I have access to contacting many contractors. I called Oshkosh Heating and spoke with Nancy, who was beyond pleasant and helpful to me. I was not in "dire need" of service as I called on a Thursday, but Nancy found a way to get someone out to the residence on Friday. The tech was on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue. AC back up and running by the weekend! This could not have gone better....great service, great people, great company! I have recommended someone who needed work since and will continue to do so.
Description of Work: AC was not cooling. Needed diagnosis and repair.

+ -1 moreWe got that call. Most people fear the call from a residential HVAC company that lets them know there is some sort of delay. That is not why we got a call. We got a call asking us if we were interested in moving our new Air Conditioner install up a week since there was a heat-wave with weather warnings on its way. We could not be more delighted with the quality of service, communication, technical expertise and options for our home that Oshkosh Heating & Air provided us. Working with this company is a pleasure and their commitment to great service, products, and customer comfort and satisfaction is above all others. You will not find better value for the money you spend investing in your home with them. They even helped us get everything registered and warranty is in effect. We are grateful.

Description of Work: Grant diagnosed and repaired a problem with our furnace. He was prompt, polite, and cleaned up anything to do with his repair. I would definitely use them again!
