+ -1 moreThe tech that was here was really friendly. He explained things really well to me. That was a good thing. He was pretty fast about doing it and thoroughly explained what he was going to do. We had a little bit of issue with out billing situation. I didn't have an issue with it, but my boyfriend did.
Description of Work: I had a new hot water heater put in.
