+ -1 moreMr. Kienast was outstandingly prompt, kind, and clear in our phone conversations. He did not try to scare me into a whole new system (which happened to me with another company) but was perfectly content to fix the old. I just came home from work the day he said he'd be out to look it over, and the job was done and the site all cleaned up. The price came in about as expected, given the extra work that was required.
Description of Work: The pipe between my septic tank and leach field failed, with predictable results, on a Sunday. My septic pumper company recommended Kienast's on Monday, and a couple prompt phone calls later, despite Kienast's being busy and never having me for a customer before, by Thursday noon the pipe and the outlet baffle (which I did not know had failed) were replaced.
