Mediocre work Were told fans would be cleaned each time. That clearly is not done. Vacuum and mop but find clumps of dog hair right after their cleaning so clearly miss spots Were told base boards would get cleaned and aren’t being done Don’t always fully clean the counters. Sometimes find dried food still on the counters. Wiped the kitchen table out first clean and then never since. Do a good job on bathroom

I received a timely call back after leaving a voicemail message indicating that they were unable to take on new customers in the Kaukauna area due to a maternity leave by the manager for that area. I appreciated the fact that my call was returned.

Larry arrived at scheduled time. Started right in. Did entire house starting with lower level then entire first floor. Encountered a stain in one room but had no problem removing it. Worked non stop for 4 hours.place was spotless. Larry was very professional and his work was above expectation. lowest price of all quotes. Low cost & quality work. Can't ask for more. We would utilize k&l cleaning service again without hesitate.

Service was overpriced and work that was promised was not performed. When I received an estimate, I was told that my house would receive a thorough "top to bottom" cleaning. I was initially hesitant to spend $80.00 to have my small home cleaned, however, I was sold on the idea that it would be cleaned very thoroughly. However, this was not the case. There were many areas of my home that were not cleaned as I was told they would be, and some areas were not cleaned at all. I was charged $80.00 for one person to spend approx. 2 1/2 hours cleaning my home, which, in my opinion, is nowhere near enough time to perform the work they stated they would perform, and I should not have been charged $80.00. I have a very small home by the way (1,400 sq. feet), and I didn't have them clean the entire house. I am not dissatisfied with the fact that certain areas were not cleaned properly, I am dissatisfied because I was told that they would be cleaned and they were not. I would be happy to pay $80.00 if the work that promised was the work that was actually delivered. I ended up having to clean my house anyway, which totally defeated the purpose of paying someone to clean it.

Overall, I would recommend this company.

They are excellent. They do a good job. Their price is reasonable. There are good in terms of quality of work and punctuality. There are very good in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. I have used their services for two to three years.
