Mike programed WiFi but had trouble programing the Direct Sat. to TV. Turned out to be a bad remote. I called Direct and they sent me a new one the next day. I got it programed by following instructions on set up. The other problem I had was that the TV speakers would stay off when I turned it on. I called Mike and he walked me through the menu to disable CEC. Everything works great now.
Description of Work: Installed and set up TV then connected Blueray and Sat. receiver. Mike and Paco took my big screen downstairs and carried my old RCA up for recycling. It was an old tube gut buster,but they made it.
