Description of Work: Assisted with selection of carpeting for seven rooms in our home and vinyl for a front hall. Install per directions, moving some of the furniture per directions.

+ 0 moreI tried to use them, but they were very, very, rude to me. I went in to question about making some more changes and the gentleman who was actually the owner decided that he didn't want to do anymore work for me, so he swore at me and refused to serve me. I had already paid for everything and they were supposed to start installing it the next day, but again he refused to serve me and made me give him my credit cards so that he could refund me because he didn't need my business anymore, which was exactly what he said. He almost had me in tears. Their responsiveness was very good at first and they were punctual.
Description of Work: Carpet Gallery & Flooring Center was scheduled to do some work for me. I purchased some carpet and they were going to install it.
