Description of Work: A swarm of hornets under boards beneath the eave needed to be dealt with before painting the garage. I called a couple of numbers before this company and didn't get any return call (busy season, I imagine, but very annoying). This company was very responsive and they had an office appointment taker rather than the pest control person occasionally answering his cell phone in the field. The job was easy, but they were quick to come out and dealt with the hornets quickly and efficiently. I was happy that they didn't have to rip any boards up to get to the nest. I have had no recurrence of the problem.

Description of Work: We had to "skin" our home as the Tyvek had been improperly installed 25 years before we moved in. This mistake resulted in the complete damage to the wood that covered the home. We only found out when we went to replace a few windows. When the boards came off, the insect infestation revealed itself and Batzner took care of it. We have kept them on the job as a precautionary step.
