+ -1 moreJOE PROVIDED US WITH WHAT WE WANTED AT A GOOD COST. HE WAS ON SITE AT LEAST ONCE A DAY WHEN SUBCONTRACTORS WERE ON SITE. HE WAS HELPFUL IN MAKING DECISIONS ON FINAL ITEMS THAT REQUIRED CHANGES OR FINAL DIRECTION. JOE WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND HIRED GOOD SUBCONTRACTORS WHO ALSO DID GOOD WORK. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN IF I WERE DOING ANY MORE BUILDING.
Description of Work: CONSTRUCTION OF A 20' X 20' ADDITION, 1ST FLOOR AND BASEMENT, TO EXISTING HOUSE PLUS A 9' X 8' DECK WITH RAILING AND STAIRS. ADDITION MADE UP OF THREE ROOMS; A 12' X 20' LIVING ROOM, A BATHROOM WITH SHOWER MODULE AND A SEWING ROOM.
