I would like to introduce myself. I am a Janesville native and currently work for the City of Janesville as a full-time Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician. I have been a Firefighter/EMT/Paramedic for over 25 years, working in several different positions within the City of Janesville and throughout Wisconsin. I currently hold certificates as a Residential Home Inspector, Commercial Building Inspector and Code Enforcement Inspector with the State of Wisconsin. My background and experience in fire safety and building construction gives me the knowledge of what it takes to be an excellent home and commercial building inspector. I am a member in good standards with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute). He's the only roofer I've ever heard complain about having to do roofing work - it was "more work" to replace them than do a quick fix and the "roof was pretty high.", and it's a standard two story roof. It felt like I was talking with a disgruntled teen ager. Also, their price was ridiculous. Almost 4 times what I ended up paying for the work."
