+ 1 moreWork went well....the sanding was done well but it seemed that they had not done this type of work that often....once the old finish was off, the crew stained the deck and railings and the deck looks like new

He responded promptly with a quote and work schedule, and was very flexible in making changes as the job unfurled. We are satisfied with his work and would use him again.
Description of Work: Removed wallpaper and painted several interior areas, cleaned and stained deck, repaired and stained exterior clapboards.
