They repaired the water heater ignition system. They had the part on hand and teh work was done within an hour. The heater has worked well ever since.

I called Josh for a estimate. He showed up the same day and gave me a quote for the work I needed done. he scheduled me for the next morning. He showed up on time and within three hours he removed all the old plumbing and had all the new pex installed. along with cleaning up and making sure I was familiar with all the new hardware that was installed. I was so pleased with his work, I called him two weeks later to install a water softener. As before he showed up the same day and scheduled me for the next morning. I was just as pleased with that install and will defiantly be calling Madison plumbing for a and quot; on demandand quot; water heater I want to have installed in the near future.

It went great. Talked to Josh on a Saturday, and we scheduled the job for Monday. Monday he called and had an urgent service call and asked if he could come Tuesday. He arrived on Tuesday and was just finishing up as I came home from work. All work done was high quality.

Water wasn't flowing well in my kitchen faucet. I wasn't able to figure out what the issue was, so I called this company. The plumber arrived promptly and fixed my problem in a timely manner. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services.

Josh's bid beat out two others. He was prompt, professional and left no mess behind. I won't hesitate to call him again for any jobs that I don't want to tackle myself. Josh was recommended to me by a friend who had significant work done, and was very happy with all aspects of Josh's work. Here's a summary of that work: Plumbed 2 full baths and a 2nd floor laundry room. All 3 of these were completely new in a 100+ year-old house, and required the supply lines, drains, and a brand new vent stack from basement through the roof. The laundry included two valuable safety devices. 1) A drain pan with a floor drain in case the washer leaked, and 2) an electronic shut-off that only supplies H2O pressure when the washer is running. It also senses if water is leaking into the drain and shuts off the water. Josh also removed a significant amount of old plumbing, and replaced our water heater with an on-demand hot water heater.

Josh was accommodating and worked with my schedule. He showed up when promised and got the work done in a timely manner. He also helped explain things to me as we went over the changes I needed and made helpful suggestions regarding my remodel.
