I've used him for repairs on major appliances, manufacturer warranties, as well as future purchase recommendations for better appliances. His is humble, professional, and honest. I cannot sing his praises enough!

This whole process was a revelation. As a homeowner it is harder than ever to find a responsive reliable "guy" and you need a few of them as you get older and can't do the stuff you might have been able to do until recently. You might need a plumber "guy" an HVAC "guy" a water softener "guy" a lawn care "guy" etc. I've found our appliance repair "guy". I emailed yesterday detailing our problem. Within 10 minutes I got a call and it was clear my email had been read and understood. We made an appointment for this morning. Progress toward our appointment was updated by phone. Arrival was on time, the process had been fully explained and it was followed to a T. Our problem was identified and fixed with parts brought along because the fix was anticipated by our email and discussion. The price was reasonable and our problem was repaired. I couldn't have asked for or expected more than that. You just don't find this level of service any more really. I'm very happy.
