Ben was Great. He called me before he arrived, confirmed the appt and showed up on time. He installed my ice maker and he also magically fixed my freezer drawer which would not pull out all the way. He was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I certainly will call him to do my appliance repairs in the future and wish I could find someone as good as Ben for all my other repairs. Got some good advice, turns out it was not worth repairing a 4 year old Whirlpool gas stove.

Ben is by far the best repair man we have ever had in our home! He was very honest, knowledgeable, and spent time to explain what was wrong with our oven and what the best solution would be! He is a breath of fresh air!

Ben was great and gave an HONEST assessment of our dishwasher situation - the unit was old and based on the parts and repair costs, it is probably best for us to buy a new dishwasher rather than spend money to repair it. Really appreciate his advice and feedback and will certainly call Ben again when we have a repair issue.
