Ben did an awsome job for us after a previous repairman did not fix our problem and was happy to take my money and leave. Ben was honest on what it would take to fix our dryer and after some thought decided to just buy a new dryer. Bens knowledge and honesty are above any repair person I have had in the past.

Washer was unrepairable (repair would have cost as much as a new washer), but the tech spent 40 minutes advising about purchasing a new one (what brands to avoid, what features to look for, good places to buy, etc.).
