Ben responded the same day when our refrigerator stopped cooling. We discussed the cost of repair versus replacing the unit and provided guidance, based on his experience, for new refrigerators. I was. Sry pleased with the service that he provided.

Ben was very professional and helpful on our multiple problems. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for service on their appliances. Not only is Ben knowledgeable but very user friendly. He took the rime to explain what was going on with our dryer and didn't recommend repairs or parts that wouldn't solve our problems. Call them if you are looking for appliance repairs.

I think I got taken advantage of. I had to pay $230 plus tax. It took him 7 minutes to fix the belt on my dryer.

Full House Repairs was able to offer great advice about a clothes washer which they confirmed had died. He was very clear about his recommendations and what things to look for in a new appliance. Major props to him for also coming out on Christmas Eve to have a look at our washer.
