Very honest and talked about maintenance tips. Job ended up not as serious as I thought . He offered to do a maintenance/ prevention on my dryer also and was glad I did as dryer belt fraying. Would have been another diagnostic charge if called later.

The technician, Ben, was on time and efficient at fixing our refrigerator. He was able to come on Thursday, rather than Friday, which was good. However, the frig required a new "board", the brains of the frig, so Ben ordered one and installed it promptly the next morning. The frig is now working once again. Ben was professional while completing the job and also provided information to us on what brand of refrig is currently most reliable. Good information to have when the time comes!!

Great service. Ben responded to my inquiry on Home Advisor within 5 minutes and was able to fix our refrigerator the same day. From my description of the problem, he had the part with him and was done in 15 minutes. He showed me the "Blue Book" on repair estimates, so I felt very reassured with the cost. He's now my "go to" for all appliance repairs. 5 star review.

They were nice, repair seems good at this point. $300 to repair a broken rail seems a bit excessive.

Great Service. Ben was able to get to my refrigerator the same day I called about the problem. Even though he did not have the part, he had me order it as it was the quickest and most affordable way to get the fix done. He came back the next day after I got the part and put it in and all is currently well. I would most definitely use his services again for another appliance breakdown.

Ben arrived same day, on time, and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He secured a drainage hose on my washer so that it wouldn't leak and let me know if I had any problems he would come back at no charge for the next 30 days. He even offered me a $20 off coupon that I wasn't aware of. Excellent service all around!

Ben came out the same day I called to fix our refrigerator ice maker. Ben said the part was back ordered but we could get it ourselves on Amazon faster. The part came two days later and Ben came out right away to install it. Fastest applicance service call we ever experienced. Very friendly guy, and cost seemed reasonable.
