The service needed for my washer turned out to be very simple, the hose needed to be elevated in orders for the washer to drain properly. The cost was way too high! Simple service fee would have made me give a higher rating. Technician here less than 29 minutes.

I thought the effective hourly rate for the work was exorbitant. For a 20 minute job (as noted by technician), the hourly rate was something like $360 + a $90 trip charge! I would try YouTube or a sole proprietor business next time.

Replaced fridge water valve, didn’t check whether ice maker actually worked. Now it’s only making crushed ice but that’s ok.
