We needed a new roof and had damage to our kitchen ceiling from the previous winter. We also needed one side to our mobile home insulated and resided and new windows and a door added. They were very thorough at inspecting the damage done to our roof and we shared that we would like to have a pitch roof. At the time we had a barrel roof which was not repairable. They gave us a quote for adding a pitched roof. The estimate included everything--from adding trusses, what type of pitch (how far out it would be), soffit and facia, and shingles. From all the other estimates we got, we felt that Scott and his team were thorough and would do the job right even the the price was a little high for us. They did a really nice job on the roof and we have not had any trouble with it since it has been added. We did share that we would like the ceiling in our kitchen fixed from the water damage but there seemed to be some confusion with that discussion and it never got done. From the original quote it looked like they would be fixing that too or have a subcontrator come out to do the job. The ceiling never got done and we ended up hiring someone else to do that job.Scott and his crew also resided one side of our home. They tore off the old siding and re-insulated it properly. We had some leftover siding from when we had resided the other sides of our home and so they used what was left over from that job. We bought some new windows and a new door and so they put those in as well. Scott and his crew were very nice (never rude) to us--he listened when I had a question or concern and was very accomodating to our requests. The only thing that didn't go well was the confusion with the ceiling. Overall they do great work and if we needed to have a big job done in the future-- we'd probably give them a call.
