Excellent service.

They advertise a lot and they just have a good name all around the town. They are one of the bigger more stable Company in town that has been here for a while and I know that one of the owner’s have actively been here in one of the High School’s here in town with helping with the sports department. So they are very community active. I was extremely happy with them. I liked their professionalism and they were very quick. They had it all done within a day. I was very surprised and I had no central air-conditioning before that. So they did everything within a day and they were clean, extremely professional. I was very happy with them totally.

They are very nice and polite. If they find anything they do it very quickly and efficiently. The servicemen are friendly and professional. They are right on the dot regarding punctuality.

They are very good. They come right away if you are having a problem. I don’t have any dislikes.

Overall, I am happy with the service. The people send us a new card saying this is when my appointment is going to be. They scheduled one time on a Friday when I was working and nobody was at home and I missed that appointment. It is kind of pre setup thing. The work is good and they are very professional in what they were doing. I honestly don’t know about the price as I have not compared.

They were excellent. The price was minimal. It was a quick and easy fix. He knew what he was doing right away.

They've been around for a long time and they have a good reputation. They have an annual program, we haven't done that, but anytime we've needed them, they've been wonderful. They were here when they said, everything went well, we didn't have to call them back, and they put in our whole heating system about 20 years ago. Their price is competitive. They get high ratings and we will continue to use them.

Our 21 year old Amana Furnace was deemed 'beyond it's useful life by a Schneider service tech on 12/1/2011. He pointed out the safety concerns in the furnace and recommended that we consider replacing it with something else. Schneider Sales people called me later that day and came to my house and presented their recommended products. I chose the integrity ICS furnace based on their knowledge of the product and that it was ideally suited for the size of my house. (roughly 1250 square feet) I did talk to one other company who insisted that I would have to pay an emergency install fee based on the safety concerns my existing furnace potentially had. Schneider assured me that my furnace was near a dangerous point, but not critical, i.e. it could wait for replacement, but not through the full Wisconsin heating season. I contracted with Schneider on 12/2 to replace the Amana furnace and they set the install date for 12/8/2011 beginning at 7:30 a.m. The technician was right on time, laid a runner on the basement steps to prevent dirtying them up and immediately went to work. By 9:00 am he had the old furnace out the door. By 11:30 he had the new Carrier furnace in place and was doing the gas plumbing, duct work and other associated install work. Around 1:00 pm he called me into the utility room and began idle conversation. After a few minutes he admitted the purpose was to show me how quiet the new furnace was. I could hardly hear it running on low speed. By 2:00 pm he had completed the install and did a masterful job of training on the furnace and the infinity thermostat. During the course of the training we programmed it for both weekday and weekend schedules. Jesse was amazing, not only was he courteous and professional, he also made sure he cleaned the entire work area to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning and their technician; Jesse.

I had a little problem with the price. When we originally quoted this we were told we would get a $1200 rebate from Excel Energy. When we got things back, at first he was saying that he made a mistake and that the rebates didn't apply to us because it went beyond its dates. So I was pretty upset about that, saying that when we bid on the project that was included in the price. So, he did come back and give us the price, without the rebate. So I guess I was happy there, but I was kind of upset that he put us in a position to want to pay $1200 more. Overall we got the problem resolved and they absorbed that $1200 difference, but, I was trying to think, why should we absorb this? I had a little problem with their responsiveness because I left a couple of messages when we got the bill. They did respond eventually, but I was a little frustrated that they didn't respond right away when they knew what the problem was. I will use him again in the future.

Unit was repaired promptly. Had a very good experience with various service personnel. Working with their billing department was a nightmare. A portion of the bill was to be covered by home buyers insurance. Every month they promised that I was not responsible for insurance portion and they would remove that amount from my bill. Then the next month I would be billed again and I would need to call. This carousel continued for 6 months. A second time we had a major snafu with billing. Great service. Very poor billing department.

A terrific experience! The Schneider team showed up precisely at the specified time (7:30 am) and worked throughout the day until the job was complete. They were willing to answer my questions throughout the installation process. They removed our old oil tank with no trouble at all. I was very impressed with their service and would highly recommend this company.
