Repairs not done yet. NEVER EVER does anyone answer phone. Not once have I had any return a call after leaving a message. Work is not done yet today. They missed the one appointment they had set up and lied about it afterwards. I Wanted to support local business but after this i will look elsewhere.

I had an lawn irrigation system installed a few years ago. Irrigation MD was a newer local business and i thought it would be a good opportunity to use a small business. I ended up paying slightly more than a competitor's bid. Installation was performed when I was not home. I was not asked to mark any underground pipes or my lot lines. He had an aerial map of my lawn which showed his plan. It looked pretty good to me. A few years after installation, we had a tremendous amount of water in our basement. We do not have a sumo pump as our draintile runs to daylight. We had a plumber come out to look at our problem, and he noticed that the exiting drainile pipe had been smashed by a trencher with the sprinkler water line running straight through it. Not only that, but he also destroyed two of our underground drainage pipes from our downspouts. I called and emailed him multiple times and was simply ignored. No return call or email. So in all the irrigation installation was about $5000. The water damage was about $5000. And the plumbing repair was around $5000. $15000 for an irrigation system in a one acre property is pretty ridiculous. I would highly suggest avoiding this company. Poor quality, no response, and costly repairs.

He had an aerial map of my lawn which showed his plan. It looked pretty good to me. I was not present for the installation, but I immediately noticed that he likely installed a row on my neighbors property. The water supply pipe exiting the house was not caulked. The plastic pipe (1 inch) from the house to the system was not buried making it susceptible to damage. I did the caulking myself and attempted to more properly bury the pipe under our landscape rocks. A few years after installation, we had a tremendous amount of water in our basement.
