 + -1 moreCalled and e mailed for an estimate on tiling a bathroom floor. They e mailed back and said they weren't interested in doing the job unless we bought tile from them. I wrote back and said I needed tile and they never responded.

Description of Work: Called the company and asked if they would install marble tiles in a bathroom. They e-mailed me back and said they weren't interested unless I bought the tiles from them. I e-mailed back and said I needed marble tiles and I never heard back from them. Poor service

 + -1 moreEverything went great. The product was promptly ordered and installed on the days that we scheduled. Great workers. I would highly reccomend Floorcrafters, they were great!
Description of Work: We purchased flooring for our home. They helped us choose product, gave us a prompt, detailed estimate, and did the installation. They took care of everything, including getting a plumber to our house to unhook the gas etc, and they even moved the furniture.

 + 0 moreExcellent service. Tom Ciokiewicz came in and measured for an estimate. I went to the store to pick out a tile for my bathroom and the sales person was very helpful in helping me decide on a product. I was able to take samples home and try them out for color. When I finally decided on color Daryl Ciokiewicz was quick to order and install. The job was professionally done and the overall look of the tile in the bathroom is amazing. It has been over a year and I love result! I would highly recommend Floorcrafters. The price and quality are great. I plan on doing the second bathroom soon.
Description of Work: At the end of 2011 we started a bathroom remodel. Floorcrafters was chosen to do the flooring. We chose a 12x12 tile which is beautiful in the bathroom. Floorcrafters provided and installed the tile.
