Jim talks big but doesn’t follow through. He gave me a bid in March and said he’d get to the job by June. In July I kept calling and texting with not so much as the courtesy of a return call. His wife finally told me he had a sore shoulder and had to turn down some jobs. Make sure you have a Plan B . I hope his work product is better than his business etiquette......Res Ipsa Loquitur

Commercial remodel.

All work was of excellent quality including plumbing, electrical, tile work, and wood work.

Bettesworth Concrete was there on time, did an excellent job, kept the site clean and finished on budget. They have even shown up with a skid-steer and helped remove snow from our lot during a snow storm.

Jim, came out and I gave him a rough idea of what we wanted to create. He worked with in our guidelines on the important stuff and enhanced some ideas that we were not 100% sure of. His knowledge of his line of work truly showed when we wanted to do something and he stated it would fail ( Due to poor vision of the plan on our part). He is willing to listen but, also gives great advise if there could be a potential problem later on. Jim communicated daily with us as to the progress and what to expect next. I would absolutely hire Jim again and recommend to our friends, neighbors, and family.

Excellent craftsmanship. Very proud of our new driveway, it looks excellent. No problems with drainage or ponding. Jim did an excellent job of providing advice on a bumpout on the side of our garage. Also gave us lots of estimates for basic work, exposed aggregate, stained and stamped concrete work. Very, very pleased with work. Hard worker, always on time and kept his crew busy. You may need to keep on top of his schedule, not a significant amount of notice given when work is ready to begin, but due weather delays and delays in earlier work, this is understandable.
