Working with James was a great experience. James was very knowledgeable and very thorough with the inspection. Myself and my girlfriend walked through with him during the inspection so he could explain his findings. If I purchase another home I will definitely hire James to do the inspection.

He was thorough in his searching, honest about everything he found, very knowledgeable about the various house systems, and even included pictures and diagrams in his reports so that when we looked at them later we knew exactly what he was describing. He had quick appointments and was very reasonably priced. We actually used him again for the second home we put an offer in on since his first inspection potentially saved us thousands of dollars. Overall, we would recommend James for any of your home inspection needs.

Service was great and Jim was very thorough and knowledgeable. We had a VA loan so having AHI do the inspection ahead of the VA appraisal really helped as we were able to address a number of issues ahead of the appraisal. I would hire AHI again in a heartbeat.

Good thorough inspection. He noted many things we didn't see. The inspection results were in our case good but if they had been critical items we could have used the resjlts to renegotiate with the seller. The inspection gives us a plan for the future. Items not repaired by the seller we can do over time.

Great! James explained everything he was doing and checking at every step, told me what he was looking for and if it was a good or bad situation. He explained what needed to be done so I could determine if I could fix it myself or needed to hire professionals to complete the job. He was very detailed and did not miss anything. I would recommend him to anyone.

James did an excellent job. As first time home buyers, the inspection process was all new too us and James made sure all of our questions were answered. He went out of his way during the inspection to point out and explain things so we felt comfortable we knew what was going on with the home we intended to purchase. James was spot on with pre site visit communication and on time arrival. In spite of our dilemma of having half of our belongings in boxes and containers, often blocking his assessment, he spent nearly four hours on site and was as thorough as we have ever seen. He communicated issues step by step as he examined the home and was very forthcoming with advice. Lastly, the final report was nearly 70 pages of highly detailed (photos included) analysis of the issues needing to be addressed and positive feedback on the positives. The inspection went great. The provider was very thorough and did a nice job of explaining what he was looking at and things that were being taken into consideration. The radon test results received were easy to interpret and the provider included additional materials to understand what radon is. I had great experience and would definitely recommend provider again!

The inspection went very well. He was very thorough and explained several things we didn't know about, since we are new to this area. He took the time to answer any questions we had, like with the egress window, cracks in cement, places that should be sealed, etc.
