 + -1 moreWe have an older house and we don't know the age of the furnace. It occasionally goes out during the coldest weather and we can always rely on Tom or one of his Sons to come and get it fixed right away. We feel they are very reasonably priced.

 + -1 moreNot very customer friendly. And phone skills are horrible. If you leave messages you may or may not receive service. Winco is also vindictive, in nature.
