Description of Work: My husband found Dennis' web-site after so many calls to the "competitor" who originally put our in ground fencing in approximate 11 years ago. We have not had a dog for about 9 years and are about to get one for our 8 year old daughter. The competitor consistently gave me different quotes and had to ask for answers to my questions and we just did not have a good feeling about it...plus...cost was a factor...as we are paying of heavy medical bills. But we still want it done right. So...I called Dennis...from the moment I heard his calming voice...he was honest...and put us at ease. He is completely knowledgeable and could answer every question. Dennis followed the Cardinal rule and did not want to bad mouth the competitor...but instead was able to tell me how his product was a better quality...something my Dad always taught me!!! He also told us that we would not have to worry about replacing our wire as long as it had a surge protector on the unit...how many businesses do that? However...his collar for the puppy was already $50.00 dollars less and was of much more quality...he does have a swap out program if it does not work with our unit in our garage...and for flagging our yard...hmmmm lets say almost $90.00 dollars less! Then the training...it makes so much more sense...when to train the puppy on the in ground fencing at the age he recommended compared to our "old" providers...he was so much more knowledgeable on this! Dennis was patient with every question I had. He offered to come and look at what we had and then talked about how many trainings...etc. I wish I would have known about him when we would have put the entire system in...not only is it a better quality...we would have saved so much more money originally! But moving forward...we will use Dennis for all of our needs...and recommend him to everyone!
