Fabulous experience. Mike answered all my questions and was very timely with responses etc. He was very understanding in my multi year process of making a decision to proceed. His crew was great. They finished ripping off and installing new in one day, a very long day! New gutters in another half day. The house looks new. Would not hesitate to work with him again!

From the start, Mike was very friendly, professional, and knows his product! We had a new roof ,gutters and siding installed. We had 5 quotes and we knew after talking to Mike, that he was going to be our guy! Explained the process , what was needed and what really wasn't needed. The team at Windlickers, did an excellent job! Fast, on time, very hard workers. They cleaned up the area, you wouldn't know they were even here, other than our beautiful new looking home !. The area was prepped very nicely before the old roof was ripped off. The crew even built little plywood teepees to protect our tulips from fallen debris and not a single flower was damaged. About 8 hours later the old roof which had 2 layers of shingles was ripped off and the new roof is looking AMAZING! You would never even know I had a new roof just installed because the cleanup that the team did was spotless!! Everything went great. From the time I called them to get an estimate they came out in a very timely matter. Got me the estimate within 24 hours. They were not the most, and they were not the least. they were the only company out of the three that I called to come out and actually look at the gutters. The other two companies did not want to come out. They wanted to look on the Internet at my house for an estimate Mike, the owner was great to work with always kept in contact with me to let me know when the guys are going to be out from start to finish. Highly recommend windlickers!!

Great overall experience from the quote through installation. I received 5+ quotes for this project and Mike was the only one to go on the roof, take measurements, calculate my venting and give me a real honest assessment. I was very impressed. The removal and installation also all occurred in 1 day and they used a dump trailer instead of a dumpster which was really great to not have to deal with. Overall I think they did a remarkable job and I personally inspected some of the finer details of flashing and edges and gutter eyebrows and it was done perfectly. Would definitely recommend and would hire them to do it again.
