Description of Work: Had water damage on ceiling finish coat of plaster. Gave me an estimate and thought it would be done in a few hours. Arranged for day and time for him to do work. When he started he found more work than had originally thought but still was able to get the work done in the time figured and fairly close to the estimated cost. Very knowledgable and personable. Would highly recommend Bill.
