Went great. Work was completed quickly and done very well.

It went very well. Kevin took his time with us and did not push any sales, but was very helpful in answering my questions whenever I had them. If Kevin was unavailable, whomever was there did there best to answer questions I had and if they couldn't, they made sure they contacted Kevin so he could get back to me with an answer (which he did). The quality of the install was great. On the luxury vinyl tile, it seemed that there may have been some air bubbles or settling after they installed leaving tiny holes in the grout. I called and they came out the next day to fill them. It cost more than a big store, but I truly feel the quality and attention to the customer was well worth it for a room(s) we spend a lot of time in.

We haven't scheduled the work yet, due to our schedule. But I was happy with the timely response and professionalism.

Vic's Carpet came to the house we just bought to stretch carpet. They did an amazing job! The master bedroom carpet had so many ripples it looked like a river! It is flat & beautiful now & so are the other rooms they did. They were extremely nice, professional & quick. Would definitely recommend them & will purchase carpet from them in the future :)

They were just so timely in calling back. When they called that they wouldn't be able to come that day, they would try to get there on a Saturday. They called the Friday before and told us they would be there at a certain time. I was surprised that they followed through what they committed to do. They were professional and they did a quality work.

Excellent service. Michelle was always available by phone. Original estimate was spot-on and it did not change after they took actual measurements (house plans were provided, however). they called prior to their arrival; installation took a few hours, and they cleaned up when they were done. I would absolutely work with them again.

The service when very well. They got in and replaced the carpet very quickly, which was nice since we were trying to sell the house.

The store is clean and very well lit. They have a complete selection of flooring to choose from. The sales people were very friendly and informative and helpful. They fully expalined the difference between the types and brands of products, as well as the warranties. There was very little wait time for the install. The installers were punctual and friendly. They appeared to be very skilled in what they did and had no issues doing a great job. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned completely up afterwards. After 2 years the carpet pad is still securely in place, it still looks like new, and we have had no problems with seems. I would highly recommend Vic's and would use them again.

I went to Vic's with my girlfriend. The person at the front desk did not appear to interested. She showed us some options. She then told my girlfriend and me to feel free to look around and let her know if we had questions. I stopped at the front desk made an appointment to have someone come out. I was told the person was very knowledgeable and could help me with products for our particular home. The gentlemen came and was very nice and offered some suggestions that I thought were helpful. I was quite excited and couldn't wait for the quote. However, I never received a phone call or quote in the mail. Seeing I don't really no the reason why, I guess that Vic's wasn't interested in the job. I wish they would have just said so right away.

Measured each room and suggested we stop by showroom to see various flooring samples. Plan to do frieze carpet, tile and wood floors but probably not do all at once as we will be redoing a few rooms and flooring will be last to install. Kevin was very nice and professional. Plan to use Vic's when we are ready to install.

We did feel a little overwhelmed the first time visiting the Vic's Carpet & Flooring Warehouse. There are just so many choices in carpet, tile and hardwoods. But it is NOT a mega box and the service is very personal and informational. Kevin asked lots of questions and helped us narrow our choices quite quickly, both in carpet and in tile. He steered us away from things that he didn't think would provide the best return on investment, as he understood we wanted to put in quality products, not break the bank, and hopefully get our money back out of it when the house sold. Kevin designed our shower himself and worked with the glass door company. From the time he measured, it took less than a week for the bathroom tiles to arrive and his crew began a day earlier than expected. From demolition to installing the last tile, installing new vanity and commode, and installing shower door took about two weeks. Kevin's installation crew was so tidy; before they left at night everything was cleanly swept. This formerly hole in the wall master bathroom had a huge wow factor when prospective home buyers looked at our house. The carpeting too arrived a little before quoted and we were only too happy to have it installed sooner. Vic's Carpet installers are quick and very thorough. No rippling or noticeable seams.

They were very helpful in the process for choosing the correct carpeting. They were more than accommodating for getting the right pad. The installers did an excellent job!? They try very hard and are very conscientious.

Kevin was a phenomonal sales man. He showed us samples and went over everything with us, however the installers were not very good. They showed up late for the appointment. They blared the radio and left coffee cups all over the place. I probably would not have noticed, but I had another company out and they were just the polar opposite. The price was very good.

I went in with an agenda to match existing carpet, but in a different color. I described current carpet to showroom salesperson and was directed to several manufactures and styles. I was shown samples of padding as well. I was able to check out samples in various colors and made my selection. They sent someone to measure and I waited about a week and 1/2 for installation. I was most concerned that the replacement carpet was as plush/deep as current carpet. After installation, my family was not happy- saying the carpet was not as "squishy." The installation was well done and efficient. I phoned the manager, Kevin, and asked what more could I have done to replace with the same or better quality? He first assured me that the carpet was guaranteed within 30 days I could replace it for difference in cost of upgrade and labor. He then re- discussed the priorities I had when buying, stating that the deepest carpet may not be the best wearing for an active household. It might have been a closer match had I brought in a carpet sample- but that the carpet I had chosen was one of the premium options and others may not do as well, even at a higher cost. My carpet would be recycled, I was told. We did not upgrade or replace after initial sale. I think Kevin was reasonable. My family has adjusted to the change and they don't say anything more about the new carpet. I thought it was very professional and kind of Kevin to listen to my initial dissatisfaction, talk me through the options and ultimately show a willingness to "make it right." I wish I had been a sharper shopper and brought a carpet sample with me to the showroom. Had I not had the comparison, I would have thought this a beautiful, plush carpet perfect for dogs and children.

They did awesome. Because of the odd layout, posts, obstructions, etc., it needed to be seamed all over and I can't see any of them. They really worked hard and I can only describe it as perfection. The price was similar to our other quotes but we are REALLY glad we went with Vic's. I dealt with Kevin at the store and he was very knowlegable and a nice guy to deal with. great experience.
