+ -1 morePaul the technician was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He pointed out a blocked drainage line that would have caused trouble during the heating season. He cleaned that line and suggested I purchase a new air filter. He also checked and vacuumed the interior area where the motor and controls are. I have not received a bill as he just completed the work a few hours ago.
Description of Work: ANNUAL FURNACE CHECK AND TUNEUP.

+ -1 moreI DID A LOT OF RESEARCH IN TERMS OF THE SYSTEM AND THE COMPANY TO DO THE WORK. RICH SCHULTE JR IS AN ABSOLUTE EXPERT ON RADIANT FLOOR HEAT AND THIS EUROPEAN DESIGN LOW MASS BOILER. HE HAS EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES WHO SPECIALIZE IN INSTALLING SYSTEMS OF THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY.
Description of Work: REMOVED TWO GAS FURNACES AND ELECTRIC WATER HEATER. INSTALLED A EUROPEAN DESIGNED LOW MASS STAINLESS STEEL MODULATING BOILER SYSTEM (AKA "MUNCHKIN") TO HEAT THE RADIANT FLOOR SYSTEM, HEAT THE DOMESTIC HOT WATER AND TO HEAT THE HOUSE. FINALLY THEY REPLACED TWO AIR CONDITIONERS, TWO HEPA AIR FILTER SYSTEMS, AN INSIDE TO OUTSIDE AIR EXCHANGER, ETC.
