I've always gone to them. They were careful on how they brought any appliance that we brought from them in, not to step on something. They made sure to put it in and made sure it was leveled. They were very polite.
Description of Work: We brought a stove. It was an apartment size stove, sometimes the smaller they are, the more they are.

Description of Work: I called them around 11:30 AM the day before Thanksgiving. I stove died, oven wouldn't work. Asked what they had in stock, then went over to see models. Purchased one and they brought it our and installed by 1:00PM. With a smile and professionalism.

Great! Very friendly and responsive. I called for an appointment and was given an approximate day. John called back and came right out to fix it. Excellent experience! We will definitely use them again!
Description of Work: My dishwasher would not turn run - there was an error blinking light that required service. John came out and looked over the dishwasher and determined it was just a "tripped" circuit and used a reset code to fix it. He even gave us the code to do it if it happened again and said they would waive the service fee if the dishwasher required additional service in the near future.

I had done a little internet research beforehand but wanted to buy local. I called some other larger appliance sellers to see if they carried the brands I was interested in but only Radtke's responded in a helpful way. As it turned out, all of our business was done through the phone over a couple of days. Saleman Tony was extremely helpful in helping me narrow down my choice--I feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty. I am happy with my purchase and couldn't be more satisfied with the sales and delivery service I received.
