Description of Work: I had five oriental rugs which I needed cleaned and repaired. Repairs were extensive on the largest rug. Paul kept in touch with me the entire time. His company did the cleaning. He arranged for the repairs. When he originally returned the rugs he was dissatisfied with the repair work on the largest rug. He rolled it up and took it back to the place that did the repairs and had it redone at no additional cost to me. Service was outstanding, professional, and admirable in every way.
