Called Paul's Carpet Cleaning, and spoke with Paul. I was able to tell him what I was looking for. We scheduled a time and we were all set. The day comes and due to a equipment malfunction, they couldn't make it out. Paul was easy to talk to and apologized for the inconvenience. The second time he came out on time and did the job himself. All I can say is wow! He is very thorough and meticulous! Carpet looks as good as new. Will continue to use him in the future.

We had an old dog who had accidents, and the carpet had a general dinginess highlighted by clean spots where I used our SpotBot machine on the dog messes. It was also very dirty along the front of the couch where the dog liked to lie and in the entryways. Kyle from Paul's was courteous and professional and the carpet looks new. He even left us with a bottle of cleaner for future spills.

The technician arrived. He was new on the job which was disappointing. He was very nice and did his best, but we were disappointed with the results. He cleaned the carpets fine, but actually made the spots on our carpets we asked him to clean WORSE. We have very light-colored carpets and he applied a solution that stained the carpets a darker, brownish color. We were very disappointed we took this Angie's deal and didn't stick with our usual carpet cleaner. UPDATE: Paul saw my report and called me. He offered to come over and fix the carpet spots that I was unhappy with - he came on time, as promised. He had a great attitude and was happy to have the opportunity to fix the problem. He explained to me what happened and did a great job fixing the situation. I was very pleased with how seriously he took my unhappiness with the original cleaning and how willing he was to fix the situation ASAP - I was very pleased with the new result and wish I would have called Paul right away to express my displeasure. I would definitely use them again!!

I was very pleased. The service tech arrived on time, explained the whole process very well, including the special techniques that have to used on wool rungs, and did a careful and thorough job.

I have used Paul's Carpet cleaning service for many years. I was very pleased to see the Angie's List coupon. I called paul to make an appointment that would work for my schedule as well as theirs. The tech arrived as promised and reviewed with me the work I had requested. I scaled back the number of rooms I originally wanted cleaned (we still had to live here)! The smaller order was no problem. The tech asked me to help identify spots on the carpet so he would know how to treat them. He moved the furniture back and forth as needed while cleaning the carpeting. When he finished, he gave me a tour of his work and totalled the bill. With my coupon I paid only a little extra because of extra square footage. Of course I also tipped him. I was very happy with the work as I have been for at least 10 years.

He was very prompt, he came within a couple of days of the call. He found the mildew issue on the door which smelled bad. He did a good job.

The scheduling went very well. I had to reschedule once, and Paul's scheduler was very kind and flexible about it. On the day of the cleaning I'd intended to be home when the work was done, but had a family emergency that morning. Rather than reschedule again and at the last minute, my adult son made himself available to let them in. When I returned home after the cleaning, I was disappointed with some of the areas that were cleaned. The stairs didn't look like they had been done at all, much of the furniture had not been moved (granted, my son had told the cleaning tech that he didn't have to, but didn't check with me first), and there were some spots that I'd expected would be gone. I called right away to provide feedback about the job and was very graciously received. The carpet tech who'd been there the day before and Paul himself came out to my house the very next day to re-do the entire job. Before they arrived, I moved all of the little things that I wanted them to clean behind, which I hadn't had a chance to do the day before. Paul asked me to walk through the job before they started so he could see exactly where I wasn't satisfied. Then they got to work. As they went through each room, Paul asked me to take a look before they moved on. Wherever there were extra dirty areas, he paid special attention and explained why those areas were difficult to get clean. Paul removed many spots that I never thought could be removed, including a couple of rust spots. I was so happy with the results that I purchased scotch guarding for the highest-traffic areas. The extra attention meant the carpets had to get extra wet. It took a couple of days for them to dry completely, but I was okay with that and kept fans going in those areas until they were dry. I'm extremely pleased with how the situation was handled and love how my carpets sparkle in the areas they cleaned.

The company was very efficient and professional. The employee was able to show me one of the stairs he just cleaned against one that he still had to do, and the difference was remarkable. Our carpets looked great when he left!

I don't have a lot of carpet cleaning done so I'm not sure if the price was good.

Paul's had been recommended to us by a friend along with a good rating on Angie's List. I called and they gave me a quote which ended up being very close to the final price, although we did add in protection services due to the beating our carpet takes with two boys in the house. The work was done very efficiently and padding was put under the furniture legs so the carpet could dry. Our carpet had not been cleaned in almost 8 years and it looked brand new when he was finished. I couldn't believe it.

I have used Paul before and have never taken the time to compliment him through Angie's List. When he cleans my carpets, I can see a visible difference. Some other cleaners have not given me such obvious results. I use Paul for regular cleanings, but I also had to call him once for an emergency on the weekend when a dog vomited big time on my family room carpet and I knew waiting would damage the pad as well as the carpet, leaving a lasting smell. Paul came to clean it for me within an hour of my call. His prices are very fair; for my current cleaning job, I used a coupon from the newsletter he sends out, so I saved about $75.00.

Paul himself was great. He was prompt and very professional. It was a tough job, and he was realistic about what could and couldn't be done. He was extremely careful and thorough. There came a point where continued deep cleaning would have damaged the backing of the carpet, and he was very upfront and honest in his appraisal of what he thought could be done. The result was much better than anticipated.

HE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ARTICULATE. HE IS VERY TIMELY AND PUNCTUAL. HE IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE WORK HE DOES. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT PRODUCTS SHOULD BE USED WHEN CLEANING SPECIALTY FIBERS. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. I AM GOING TO USE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. HE HAS A VERY HIGH LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM. HE MOVES THE FURNITURE HIMSELF. HE IS WONDERFUL. HE WAS ABLE TO GET OUT STAINS THAT I COULD NOT REMOVE MYSELF AND HE DIDN'T DAMAGE THE CARPETING. THE PRICE GIVEN IS APPROXIMATE FOR 6 ROOMS OF CARPETING, A SOFA, AND 7 AREA RUGS.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS. WE HAVE HAD THEM ALL AREAS FROM A SINGLE ROOM TO THE ENTIRE HOUSE DEPENDING ON OUR NEEDS (APPROXIMATE COST $75.00 TO $500.00). THEY DO AN OUTSTANDING JOB AND STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THEY HAVE EVEN COME OUT ON THE DAY I CALL THEM IF IN THE AREA TO DEAL WITH A PET-SOILED CARPET. IN THE EVENT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY, CALL THEM AND THEY COME OUT IMMEDIATELY TO FIX IT. VERY PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, THOROUGH AND TRUSTWORTHY. I HAVE A HIGH COMFORT LEVEL TO ALLOW THE PEOPLE IN THIS COMPANY TO DO THE WORK IN MY HOME WHILE I AM AT WORK. I LEAVE THEM A WAY TO ENTER MY HOUSE AND SET IT UP BEFORE I LEAVE, AND THE JOB IS COMPLETE WHEN I RETURN HOME. NO INCONVENIENCE TO ME. THEY ARE ALSO GREAT WITH OUR LARGE TWO DOGS. EXTREMELY NICE COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
