They were timely and they did an excellent job. I think that they were pricey compared to other companies in the area but they did a very good job. I was very happy with the result but I might go to a more cost effective company in the future if I could get the same kind of result.

The steps from the garage were extremely dirty, as was the carpet by my desk which had some lubricant from my old chair on it. The portion in front of one of the bathrooms was also very matted and dirty. Once the carpet was cleaned and sat a day, it looked very good in all areas. The young man who did the cleaning was very nice and informative. He worked very hard to make sure the job was done correctly and was an excellent representative for the company. He also called ahead of time to see if he could come early, which I have found to be rare in the service industry. Overall, it was a great experience and I will use them for all future carpet cleaning service.

I had a really good experience with them. We were trying to prepare the house for selling or renting. Our carpets, in some areas, were really dirty. I told them I want to try out the $100 big deal first to see if they could clean that up really well. They started with the dirtiest rooms. They pre-treated it and a whole bunch of stuff. Those rooms came out looking really nice. Then I just told them to go ahead and do the rest of the house. I thought the people who came out were really knowledgeable about what they were doing, especially a technician named Paul. He knew exactly what he was talking about. I did ask him about a few pointers on how to take care of my carpet in the future. He did offer that tip. He said that since I was moving out of the house, in a new house, if I ever needed to get another service or if I just wanted him to talk to them he would be able to talk to me and tell me if they were the right people for the job. That was really good. The only thing that I could have been somewhat happier with was that we had three rooms that were somewhat dirty. They did the first room really well. The second room was also not bad. The third room, I wasn't really around. That could've been a little bit better. It was such a deal because they did a good job in the other areas. They did it in a timely fashion.

Our carpets have not been cleaned since we moved into our home 8 years ago. With 2 boys and a dog, it was a big job. Paul removed every stain and the carpet and couch look brand new. He was prompt and professional. We'll definitely use Paul's again.

The rugs look beautiful. They are spotless and the colors look much brighter, especially the Oriental rug. Paul was very professional; he told me about the different services in detail so I could choose the correct one for each rug. He came on time and was very good about putting the rugs back and adjusting the furniture.

Jeff, from Paul's Carpet and Furniture Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning the carpeting in two rooms and a hallway. He also cleaned a sofa and he worked very hard to clean in all the nooks and crevices these two pieces contained. I would highly recommend Paul's to others. Jeff was very professional, worked hard and informed me all the things I needed to do directly afterwords and in the future with the carpeting. I am very glad I had them do the cleaning!!!

We were moving out of a rental home and needed the carpets cleaned on short notice. Paul's was able to schedule us within two days and were most accommodating. The carpets looked better than when we had moved in 9 mo earlier!

Beautifully, from the prep work, the explanations of what and why, the actual cleaning and final communication before he left. The carpet looked as good as new. Jason was professional and took service seriously.

Based upon my e-mail to them giving approximate space to have may carpets cleaned we set up a firm appt for Friday, 7/13/12. After making special arrangments for me to be available the company failed to show up or have the courtesy to call changing or cancelling the appt. Never heard an apology. Based on their performance I would never recommend them.

We are in the process of selling my Grandma's house. He cleaned all of the carpets and the oriental rugs. He did a fantastic job.

We scheduled the appointment and we had to be at the house when they were here. They showed up and were very professional. I cannot remember if they needed to use our water source or not. The carpet was a bit damp when they left but it dried quickly within hours. He told us to call if there was any problems. There were none.

Fantastic! Outstanding job done. Had a small rodent die in one of the bedrooms which was there for several days. Also, had water seepage in the lower level due to heavy rains. The company was punctual and extremely courteous. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but all odors were gone and carpeting looks new again.

Showed up right on time and did a very nice job overall. Moved furniture around as needed to clean under and pointed out trouble spots they had to spend extra time on to without damaging the carpet. Didn't try to push any "extra" or add on sevices only advised us of what was also available and how much those services ran. Price was very typical of other carpet cleaners quoted but with Angie's coupon actually turned out to be one of the cheapest.

I was very impressed with Paul's Carpet Cleaning-from the courtesy and helpfulness of the individual who answered my phone call, to the technician who performed the cleaning, to the quality of the service and the price. I was able to get an appointment within less than a week of making my initial call. They offered to provide a free estimate and gave me the option of scheduling the estimate and cleaning on two different days or on the same day. Jeff, the cleaning technician, was prompt, friendly, and professional. My carpets look absolutely amazing! The carpet on my stairs was so dingy and stained I was doubtful he was going to be able to do anything to save it but I was wrong! It looks as though the carpeting has been replaced with new! The value for the price was extremely reasonable-less than $300 for my entire house (this is including a $50 discount for mentioning Angie's List). The cost was about $125 less than an estimate I got from a national chain. I also appreciated that someone called two days after my cleaning to follow up and make sure I was satisfied with the results. I will definitely be using Paul's Carpet Cleaning every time I need this service in the future.

The carpets had not been professionally cleaned in years, and needed some TLC. Kyle arrived right on time, reviewed the job, tested the carpet to confirm the correct cleaning solution and procedure and got to work. He called us in at one point to show us the dramatic cleaning effect, very similar to the video on their web site (a gray rug turns into a white rug as if by magic). We are very please with the results and will likely use them again next year. After the excellent reviews on Angie's List we didn't shop around much but I expect the price was fair.
