Paul's Carpet Cleaning is my go to resource for my carpet and rug cleaning, duct and dryer vent cleaning. We trust this family-owned and run business with our key to our house. We went on an extended weekend, Jeff and Rich came and took care of everything! We came back to a house with clean carpets and rugs! They left us a note so we understood how everything went, and our family couldn't be happier with the results. We were thinking we might just need to buy new carpet, but our carpet is back to looking new! Their rates are very reasonable, and they are very detailed on the bill so you understand where the problem areas were. In my case, they spent the extra time to get those stains out in the areas I knew would need that extra boost. I will only use their family business for all of my cleaning needs!

In all cases, his work was excellent. The team was very professional, friendly and competent. They have always arrived at the appointed times. We had used a number of other services prior to Paul's and would not go back to any of them.

I am a repeat customer because Rich did an excellent job cleaning dirty basement carpeting last year. He arrived promptly, even giving me a call that he could come sooner than expected if I wanted. He removed dog stains that had been there for years! Although we prepared and removed as much furniture from the room as we could, Rich moved some pieces in order to clean all areas. He let me know ahead of time the cost so there were no surprises or add-ons afterwards. Rich is a friendly, personable guy but gets down to work in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend this cleaning service and Rich in particular to do your next cleaning job.

It was wonderful! Jeff ALWAYS does a great and very thorough cleaning. He works very hard and doesn't miss anything. He doesn't leave the home until you are 100% satisfied. He is a very nice and honest business man, a pleasure to have in your home. I would recommend him to anyone !

Absolutely perfect. Both Jeff and Rich are true professionals. They are skilled and experts at their services. They were careful when cleaning and moving equipment and furniture. They treated soiled areas of the carpet prior to cleaning and the carpets looked brand new. The air duct cleaning was superior.The ducts are clean as a whistle. It is not an easy job to do. The dryer vent was also cleaned wonderfully. They work efficiently together and are genuinely 2 of the nicest men we know. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent quality and prices. Excellent-I gave them my key and they did the cleaning while I was out of town. I can't say enough compliments to Jeff for the A-1 cleaning of my living room, hall way and bedroom carpets. They just did an excellent job and will recommend to my friends.

Scheduling was a breeze! The gal I spoke with was so helpful. Jeff and Rich were super punctual, friendly and efficient. Answered all of my questions and most importantly, the carpets, stairs and rugs turned out great! It gave me such peace of mind that everything was cleaned so well and one more task was crossed off my move in list. I will be using them again in the future and referring all my friends and family to them.

I went well. Paul was prompt and sent a reminder a day or so before to be sure I remembered he was coming. The place looked much better after he was done and showed better for selling. I struggled with the grade for quality as certain areas still looked crummy, but to be honest, I don't think anyone could have done better.

Jeff did an outstanding job as usual! He is a very good business man. Very friendly and honest and knows what he's doing. He is a person you can rely on and trust having in your home. He has helped me out at a moments notice. He just cleaned my house carpeting and 2 days later my dog had an accident. ..he came right back and took care of it ! That's what I call a great business man who cares about his customers! Paul's carpet cleaning is the only place to call as far as I'm concerned.

Contacted company after hearing about them through a friend. Office personal extremely courteous and very helpful scheduling a date and time that was most convenient for me. Individual that accomplished the job (Rich) was very polite and professional. Very satisfied with with the price but most of all with the final results.

They arrived exactly when they said they did. Jeff and his brother were both very professional and personable. We walked through our home so they knew exactly what we were looking to have done. They paid attention to areas of concern and we were more than pleased with their service. Their pricing was straight forward with no hidden costs. It was truly a pleasure to work with them and we sincerely wish more companies were like them and did business like they did. You could truly tell they both took pride in their work and we loved to hear that their family is all involved in their operations! Class acts! Pauls came in to do our annual carpet cleaning. As usual, they did a fantastic job!

It cost me around $600 for the whole house. They do a good job. He is higher priced.

Technician Jeff arrived exactly on time and managed in a couple of hours to get out three years of stains -- toilet training, family dinners, sand from the beach in our cottage. He was efficient, professional and spot cleaned a few areas for free! The cottage looks great; and he left a cleaning solution to help us get through to the next cleaning. A great experience.

He was from another location and wanted to charge more to come out to do the service. The interface I had with him was good and I got a refund for the Big Deal purchase and no work was done.

Great quality. Great attention to detail. Very thorough.

Stubborn stains did not come out easily. Paul patiently worked on it over a couple weeks at his shop until he got it. Paul listens to concerns and is great to work with.

I am extremely satisfied and happy with the result and will have Pauls back in the future as the need arrises

Paul is very good and I would give him five stars. He has never once tried to take advantage of me. He’s very conscientious and pays attention to details which allows him to provide the best service. We plan on using him a lot next month in our new home.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That was good. That was very good. I felt they were very thorough that would be the top thing. I have had other carpet cleaners that came in and out very quickly and you just had the impression that they just had to get it done as quickly as possible because of their price or whatever it was depending on that. I appreciated that really took their time. I had the sense that it was very clean when they were done. They mostly worked around things. I think maybe there was a table they moved. We didn't have the whole room of furniture moved or anything like that.

The tech was polite and professional. The cushions cleaned on sunroom furniture brightened up when dry which I loved. The carpet looks and smells much fresher. Buyers of this service should know that an exact square footage measurement of your flooring will be taken and if your rooms are bigger than the sq footage allowed in the deal you will be upcharged.

Paul's Carpet Cleaning did a great job and the employees were very comforting and professional. They removed all the stains in the carpets from the previous home owner and the carpets now look great! I will surely call them again to clean the carpets in the future!
