The owner never showed for the appointment, and didn't call to say he wasn't coming. I was scheduled to be off on a specific day off for this. Very very disappointing.

It went very well. Josh installed the new outlet and replaced some old 2 outlets. Josh was friendly and neat. He had the job done in no time at all.

This is the 4th or 5th time I've used them and they always are professional, knowledgeable and take great care of me. They have worked for me in both Milwaukee and Oconomowoc. I can't recommend them enough. Mark and Josh rock!

The best electrician I have ever met. Professional, fast and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Easy to work with. I almost hate to post such a great review, because I fear he will get too busy for me! Seriously, though, this contractor was an ace over a 6 month project. He will be on our next job, for sure.

Mark was contacted by a carpenter who was working at my house because a wire in my attic was in the way of the stairway he was installing. I didn't choose him myself, in other words -- it was someone the carpenter knew. Mark showed up on time and worked quickly. While he was there, I asked him to also install a light up in my attic, with a switch at the top of the stairs. I don't know if $100 is high or low for that kind of work, since I hadn't done any research ahead of time. But it seemed fair to me.

Did the job fast, should have told me about missing duct for vent, I had one downstairs he could have used. Will not use them again

Mark and his assistant Mike did everything very efficiently. Everything was quality workmanship and they answered all my questions. Mark gave me good suggestions for our project and did everything I asked, even a few changes after initial installation.

Electrical quote from contractor hired after the flood was more than $4500. Contractor was fired and we did our own contracting. Mark's quote eliminated some unnecessary items and included several new ones. He was always there within a week of our calling that we were ready for him. All in all --- a very satisfying relationship and I recommend him highly.

He tells you what to go out and buy and he will install it. He is clean, efficient, knowledgeable, and timely. I would recommend him to others.

I liked the fact that they were licensed electricians. But it took them 3 visits to change the light fixture, which I did not appreciate. I probably would not use them again because I feel they wasted my time taking so long to fix the light fixture.
