Description of Work: It was $160 for Dan to come out and give an estimate on a door repair. The $160 can be applied to our cost if we use him. |We will use him because he was thorough and professional. He came on short notice and will be doing a lot of work for a reasonable price is n the end.

+ 0 moreThe island turned out beautifully. Dan met with me several times to figure out what I really wanted. The detailed questions about my vision were essential but prolonged the project because I didn't know what I wanted. He was very patient with me. He worked with a wood refinisher and a granite company of my choice to get features I wanted on the island. Matter of fact the refinisher recommended him to me because his experience with him was good. Dan's price was more reasonable than others I talked to. Dan went out of his comfort zone on this project. He realized that and sought out advice from others with more experience to make my island turn out well. When ithe island came it even had self closing drawers that we had never discussed because I didn't know they existed. They were included at the estimated price. Since I am thinking about it, there is another project in my home that Dan might be just the person to complete.
