My builder complimented his work, including running lines to my refrigerator as well. John was prompt, clean. and professional. I would definitely recommend, and have.

 + 2 moreThe Freshpoint system has been installed last Thanksgiving and now appears to have fixed the problem. They have been very cooperative and showed concern of the problem along the entire way. I would recommend using them to others.
Description of Work: Aqua Care had serviced our water problem for over a year and tried several options to fix it, however, the less expensive methods did not work. They were very accommodating in negotiating the Freshpoint System that finally cured our problem with shale in the water.

He was very helpful, left my house spotless after the install, and took the time to explain how things work - made me feel very comfortable with the systems before he left. The plumbing was of very good quality. I would recommend his services to anyone. I also think I got a very good value for my money.
Description of Work: Five stars!!!!! John came to my house and installed a nice water softener and a reverse osmosis unit in Feb 2016. He then returned to my house today (Sept 2016) when I had a question about how it was supposed to work. In each case he came at very short notice, and at times that accommodated my crazy schedule (and probably not his!).

 + -1 moreThe job was completed with the same pressure tank as well as new switch and gage and everything brought up to the new code. Our old tank was rusting out even though it gave us no problems. We are very happy with their service and would hire them again!
Description of Work: Installed a new pressure tank. We had received one quote from another plumbing service When I called I asked for a rough estimate and would there be an extra charge for coming out to give a qu9te. I was told there wouldn't be an extra charge since he'd have the equ8ipment with hi on the truck if we decided to go with Aqua Care. We hae used them twice before. The quote was almost half of the other one so we had them install the pressure tank.

Description of Work: The provider inspected my water softener per Big Deal and identified an opportunity for improvement which we scheduled for another appointment in which it was resolved. He was able to look at another problem I had and was able to make a simple fix.

Description of Work: Aqua Care Services installed a Water Softener, Iron Filter and Reverse Osmosis system to treat the water in our new home with a private well. The work was done beautifully - very neat and tidy connections and new pipe. Very thorough. The results are excellent. We make a comment on how great the water is every time we take a shower or grab a glass from the fridge. Better than any water treatment we have ever experienced and very professional to boot. They were also very knowledgeable on our well which was installed by another company. I will be sure to use them for all of our needs in the future.

 + 0 moreThey were fine and I didn't have any problem with them. I called and they were able to come the next day so they were prompt. The water softener was $975 installed and I don't remember the cost of the water heater. I didn't do any cost comparison. It wasn't outrageous but it might have been high. They came and did what I wanted.
