Needed to get our windows and screens cleaned. The cost was $700, basically twice the amount from pre-covid times. Finished fast but some windows were missed, a screen fell off, and a few interior windows had a whole bunch of drip water marks. That's not clean.

Mark is a great person and as a prior review states, he is meticulous!!! The best!!! I cannot tell you how many years he has taken care of us!! Has to be over 20! Never ever disappointed!! Price is very reasonable.

Mark is a perfectionist about his work and does an excellent job. Aside from being reasonable for the work performed, Mark is a great human being and professional, but fun to work with. He's been a great addition to our contractors who help take care of things around here!

Committed time frame met, great level of responsiveness, very personable service and the quality of work was very good. Price is a bit high but the old expression of getting what you pay for is good rationale.

I needed roof and flashing repair. They came and evaluated. Before they could start work, they told me I would need to have the gutters cleaned. The clock was ticking with Wisconsin winter just around the corner. I called several vendors who do this (on Angie's List, of course) but got voice mail. Mark of Badger Window Cleaners answered the phone. I explained the situation. Mark told me he was finishing up a job in Oconomowoc and would head over to my house (I live in Brookfield) THAT DAY! Mark showed up, got up on the 2 story roof with valleys and steep pitches and cleaned all of the gutters. I had hired a BIG DEAL contractor the prior year to clean the gutters for $79. Mark told me that the gutters were so jammed with old rotter leaves and the debris was so decayed, that it had to be older than 1 year. When he finished, I paid and tipped him for his effort and for coming the same day (it was well worth it because the repair crew could now start on the roof repair before frost). The next rain proved that he did the best job of anyone we've ever hired - no clogged gutters (we have a lot of them). I will be hiring Mark annually to clean our gutters and windows.

Mark did a great job and was able to work us into the busy fall gutter cleaning schedule. He was very reasonable in his pricing, very thorough in his work and even helped us address a leak issue that had been causing us problems. I will certainly be using their services going forward.

Mark returned my call promptly, shortly after stopped by to estimate the cost. After meeting Mark I didn't get any additional quotes and scheduled the work with him. Although I felt the price was fair, I don't have a basis for comparison because I didn't proceed to get other quotes. The work was performed sooner than expected and Mark did an excellent job, would not hesitate to call him again.

Mark got in touch with me within 24 hours and came out to give me and my neighbor a quote. He followed up with a call to schedule the cleanings. Mark was very personable and did a fantastic job. He pays such attention to detail. My windows are high trapezoid. They have never been so clean!!! I will definitely call him again.

Mark was very responsive. I left a message on Sunday and he called me back promptly. He said he could come out on Tuesday to appraise the job. He called me Tuesday at noon and quoted me what I felt to be a very fair price considering the height of the home ( 3 levels on lake side). I asked him to do the job and he said he could do it immediately as he was still outside my home and had his equipment along. He completed the work and left the bill inside the front screen door. I called and told my wife that I was having the gutters cleaned and if she saw some debris that would be the reason. When I got home it was dark but my wife told me that everything was cleaned and the gutters on the lower level looked great from the upstairs window. In the spring I plan on having Mark come out and quote us on cleaning our windows also. I did call Mark and thanked him and inquired if one of the trees that overhangs my roof needed trimming and he informed me that he removed some of the small branches and that nothing was touching my roof. He said next year he could bring a pruner along and trim back the branches farther if I want. I would recommend Badger Window Cleaners West to my friends and family. I joined Angie's list on Sunday and feel that this experience confirmed that the investment was worth every penny.

Mark was prompt and very professional. It had been several years since our windows were professionally cleaned and now they look like new. Mark also was very considerate about working around my two small children and dog. We never felt like we were in the way because Mark clearly explained his work plan. I will definitely recoomend and use Badger Window Cleaners again.

Mark answered the phone the first time I called. He was very professional and provided all of the answers that I needed. He was fully insured, which was important to us. He was able to come out and do the work much quicker than I had thought, being that it is the busy season. He did a fantastic job. Our house is big and has some challenging windows. They all look great. He was a fast worker but did the job right.

I was expecting to pay a lot more for the window cleaning. He got everything done in one day! He is an owner/operator, which we really liked. He was very honest and upfront with us. He works well and our windows have never been cleaner. I would definitely recommend him to my friends!

When I called to ask for an estimate, he took down my address and said he'd come by and give me an estimate within the week and he did. I didn't have to be home, as he would leave it in the door, but I was home. He said he'd be able to get me in within the next few weeks and he did the job 2 weeks later. He called that morning, and said he was coming and if we weren't home he'd mail the bill. We were home. The windows looked great and were done in no time at all. I would definitely use him again next year.

They are a 3rd generation window cleaning company. Our windows are a little difficult to handle, so having a service that knows how to take them apart and clean them is sometimes a problem. Mark is both prompt and extremely competent at dissasembling and cleaning the windows. Mark's unique quality is that he is a quiet and exceptionally congenial service person. When he left the house, he responsibly reminded us two ladies to lock the front door behind him. He also took care of the gutters while he was here. He is very flexible. He is the nicest and most competent person that we have had out to our house. He is well worth the price.

Mark showed up on time and was very professional cleaning all my windows that were very dirty do to just having my outside repainted. although he quoted me a price over the phone he let me know it would be more because of the extra work to remove what the painters left on the windows. He did a great job but I think his price was a little high since I had an electrician over the next day and for the same amount of time charge me half the price. I think an electrician gets paid more than a window washer?

Our windows were pretty dirty, it had been years since they were cleaned. There were things on the windows that required scraping and special attention. Mark did a fabulous job, detailed, professional, and we thought the cost was very reasonable! We hope to work with him again!

The job that they do is excellent. I have used them many times. They do beautiful work. They clean windows inside and out and they do screens inside and out. They do window wells, storm windows and do everything that is related to windows. I spent $1000 for a big home. They do a perfect job. The windows are crystal clear. There are no smears. It is unbelievably clean. I have used them for many clients of mine. They are pleasant to work with, and are timely. They take care of business. I would use them again in the future.

The experience went very well. I had never had my windows professionally cleaned in the past, I wasn't sure what to expect. He showed up on time, and my windows and doors look FABULOUS. I now keep all my blinds open because the windows are so clean I can actually see out of them. Very happy from start to finish. Took about 2.5 hours from start to finish. I forgot to include my inside french doors and they also cleaned them.

The owner personally came out to do the work. He knew how to take apart our Anderson windows, which are difficult but he knew exactly what he was doing. His price was fair and he did an above average job.

They were excellent in all regards. I have casement windows that are complicated. Not everyone can get them in and out correctly. I used him three times. I have the windows cleaned twice a year. He did an excellent job and came when he said he would. He had a very fair price. I will definitely continue to use him.

The price is awesome and they do a good job.

It made the HOUSE sparkle. I hired them afterward to clean my own home. It made all the difference in my home as well. I love it.
