He was very prompt and called me each day before he came for 2 weeks. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. He was nice enough to even let me divide the bill in half to pay in installments. When he did the work, he saw other places that were damaged and he asked if I wanted those areas fixed before he fixed them. His prices were very reasonable. I was very impressed with his work. The manager of my 72-unit condominium complex took his name down so that he could do work on our condominium complex.
Description of Work: He took apart a wall that the drywall had water damage and then he rebuilt it. He also put in a vanity.
