Condensate was dripping under a wall. The Assen man came in minutes after I called. He found problem and fixed it with no parts necessary. It is $89.95 for a service call. Maybe that is the going rate, but it seemed a little high. He spent about 10 minutes on the job.

They are a local provider and have been in business for about 50 years; this is the second generation that is doing the business. They are a certified Lennox dealer. They are fair; I had a warranty issue, which they took care also, and I was happy with that. They totally replaced the furnace because there was a firebox issue with the Lennox furnace that was in the house when I bought it. Lennox covered it under warranty, and I replaced it with a top-of-the-line Lennox furnace. They did the tin work and all that kind of stuff and pulled out the old and put in the new. I needed somebody to do the job soon because the furnace was not working; I think it was in the fall of the year. Basically, their responsiveness was good, because when I called, they came right out, diagnosed the problem and contacted Lennox. Things went very quickly; I believe they installed the next day or the third day after they were here initially. I thought their price was reasonable. I did not get other quotes, but it seemed to make sense at that time. I was comfortable with the price. The installers were really good. I would use them again in the future; as a matter of fact, they are due to come in next year for a pre-season checkup because it is time to do that.
