Crew had frequent no show days and lots of turnover of painters. Extremely poor quality - paint lines on walls, lots of runs, drips and over spray, paint splatter on hard wood floors and new kitchen cabinets. Extremely poor at cleaning up after them selfs, marred finish on floors and cabinets where they tried to clean up paint. Agreed to part ways I didn't want any more damage to my home.

after voucher was purchased, provider agreed to wait till customer was ready to schedule...to complete service, but when customer finally attempted to schedule, there were several provider cancellations and several just plain 'no-shows' . Would never use this vendor again.

I know when I tried to get them out here I set up a time and then they go cancelled a few times eventually they finally came out. It was just kind of weird about the timing on it. Because I think they might have booked up so much that they fell behind. I guess it was not that great I guess I expected more from what I got.

Went well, quick, effective, house looked much cleaner.

Richmond did a great job on my deck. Looks brand new again! They gave me some good tips on how to upkeep my deck and keep it looking it's best. I would highly recommend this company!!

They did a good job and on time.

I didn't even know it happened until one of my neighbors told me they were there. (I couldn't see a noticeable difference.) The neighbor said they noticed them because they could hear loud swearing and looked to see what was happening. Overall I was very disappointed in the way it was all handled.

The crew was on time and professional the prep work (scraping,sanding) could have been better. Price was a little high for the time it took .

It went 'just ok.' This was an Angies special - two painters for one day...basically 16 person-hours of work. I have painted cedar trim around windows, chimney, garage door and porch columns. We agreed that the two would get as far as possible in the one day (2 people x 8 hour day). I bought the paint. They used tiny little rollers and said their manager did not like them to use brushes or full nine inch rollers. I don't think the paint coverage was that good. When I stopped in from work to see how they were doing around 2 pm, they had not yet painted the chimney, so I heightened their sense of urgency a little bit. Then, when I started studying the parts they had "already painted" I saw some missed spots. by this time, it was getting to the end of the 8 hours. I'm still not sure how good the paint coverage is up on the chimney, since some of the lower, "accessible" spots weren't that great. Lesson learned, I should have stuck around all day to ride herd a little more - but so should the business owner...

We tried multiple times to find a date to provide the service. The contractor indicated he would just show up to do the work, with no appointment, when he could. If we wanted to talk in person to explain anything, that would be extra.

2 guys came out, but one was inexperienced and another was more experienced - I didn't mind, but I purchased a specific amount of time and they were very slow. They tacked on a second day and charged us an large amount for the second day. I spoke with the owner, who mentioned that they don't make money during the big deals, but use the deals as a way to get in the door and make a profit by doing extra work. I probably won’t use them again.

It took several weeks for the service to be performed. They called a couple of times saying they would be coming out, but then never set up a time stating they were backed up. The two men that did finally come out came at the time scheduled and were friendly. I wasn't here while the service was performed. When I came home I was surprised to see that the big wasp nests from a couple years ago had not been washed away. That was the whole reason why I had this service performed. The siding looked pretty good, however the areas by the roof which were the spots that needed the cleaning the most were not done well at all. I will need to have this service performed again now because of the old wasp nests.

It went well - was totally satisfied. Would use them again. The price was a special on Angie's list - would have been double otherwise I'm sure.

Asked for a quote for the exterior painting job and answered my questions quite promptly. Didn't use his service because it would be cheaper for me to go with siding instead rather than having my house professionally paint every 3 years.

It would be nice if I could actually get someone to show up and do the work they told me they would do. Telling me that they will be at my house "next week" and then never showing up shows me one of two things: 1. They were just giving me the brush off, or, 2. They have absolutely no concept of time or they would understand that "next week" doesn't mean months at a time.

-980Main problem was scheduling the date. I realize that summer is a very busy time however for the provider and there was a mixup on the original location. Other than that provider was very cooperative.-

We purchased the deal in May of 2013. It took about 6 weeks for the painter to contact us due to weather and a large volume of deals purchased. He contacted me and we indicated we were interested in re-painting the outside trim of the home using the deal as a base for cost. He did not stop by or follow up after about 4 additional weeks so I contacted him again and asked to setup a time. We then setup quote with Matt. Matt came to our home and felt that the trim work was a lot of effort and indicated he would send us a quote for the job. It appeared that he was a little taken aback despite our home being a standard upscale ranch built in 2007. He did send us a quote and the amount was more than what we had anticipated or gotten from competitors. Due to this we decided to cancel the deal, but would consider using them in the future for other jobs.

The team did an excellent job. The house looks beautiful. Great job!!

The quality of the job was excellent - the team was polite, professional and did a perfect job. There was no mess at all and the work is beautiful. I couldn't ask for a better appearance, but was concerned about the long day the team worked. They started at 8AM and continued past 7PM. I did, however, have issues with scheduling. The owner and I originally talked about an early July completion date and it was the end of August before the job was completed. I sent emails every other week or so to ask about updated schedule since I had purchased a Big Deal for the deck and didn't want it to expire. The cost was also higher than I expected - we went back and forth on estimates as I'd removed my balcony and then - after having it reduced in size by a different contractor - added it back to the job. So I'm a bit confused about final pricing but given the quality of the work, that wasn't overly important to me. The owner did talk about focusing on a smaller geographic area which may help with the overall focus with scheduling and job management. But the work is absolutely beautiful regardless.

I was called quickly to set up the time for them to clean the house. Within a few days they came and cleaned the house. The workers were quick professional and did a good job.

It went just fine. I think they did a good job. I'm sure they used their time as wisely as they could have.

They came in while we were at work during the day. About the only thing I wish they could of done was to clean around the window frames, however; I did talk to them before they did the project and they explained that they don't pressure wash the windows for fear of water getting past the frame.

They said they would do it on July 15/16. They did not do it. They said they would do it another week. They never showed, never called, no apology.

The job started several weeks after the date promised - a combination of bad weather and the painter's schedule. Once started, it was completed in a timely manner. Overall, the job was very well done. The painters not only painted but caulked, etc. One minor problem wit a small spot of trim paint on the body of the house. The painters returned to look at the problem but didn't fix it.
