The first place I called, told me they wouldn't come out, and even if they did, it would cost me at least $140. Another place after leaving a message, never even called me back. But, when I called Tim's Plumbing they said it would be a $30 trip charge (I think I could handle that; couldn't you?) So I asked them if someone could come out, we decided on the next day, and they said they would call after 9 am, which they did, and 20 minutes later Todd was here. He was a very nice guy, he was knowledgeable, and confident of what he was talking about. It turned out to be our faucet. It was constantly running, even if it appeared to be turned off, underneath it was running! So water was constantly going under the sink boards, etc. Therefore, causing water to be going under the cabinets, then onto the floor. But because it would be best to get new cabinets before getting a new faucet, he didn't do any actual work. He checked on the few other little things and told me basically what was needed.

I would hire him again. I am satisfied with his work, I can't say much about his prices but he does excellent work.

SERVICE PERSON, JOE, CAME TO INSTALL THE NEW KITCHEN SINK CONNECTIONS AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL, HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. I LIKED THAT HE WORE "BOOTIES" SO CARPET WOULDN'T GET SOILED. SEEMED MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE THAN OTHER PLUMBERS. I ASKED ABOUT THE SIZE OF DISPOSALS AND WHAT TYPE OF SINK I SHOULD PUT IN. HE GAVE ME ALL OF THE INFORMATION TO MAKE FINAL DECISION. WHEN HE INSTALLED IT, I DIDN'T HAVE TO CALL HIM BACK. NO LEAKS. NEAT AND CLEAN. ASK FOR JOE. PLEASED WITH PRICE FOR THE INFORMATION I RECEIVED.

THERE WAS SPECIAL FITTING INVOLVED AND HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HE EVEN CLEANED AND SHOWED ME HOW TO CLEAN OUT A STUBBORN DRAIN IN THE BASEMENT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THIS WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND. TIM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ACCESSIBLE, ON TIME, COURTEOUS, CLEAN, FRIENDLY, AND REASONABLY PRICED. I WAS SURPRISED THAT HIS COMPANY WAS NOT ON ANGIE'S LIST. I'VE USED THE COMPANY BEFORE FOR STUCK DRAINS AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL PROBLEM AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
