Tim was prompt in returning my initial call to come out to give me a quote and came out that same day. He called the day before he was coming out to start the work. I was able to go to the mulch and rock supplier and pick out the cedar and rock I wanted for my beds. I will continue to use Reliable Lawn Care for my future yard work.

Tim did an excellent job cleaning up all bed areas (we have many bed areas!) front and back yards and trimming many shrubs. He arrived on time both days and left the areas clean and neat when finished. He worked throughout the day applying mulch regardless of the crummy weather and snow! Pleasant, reliable and honest worker - will use his services again.

The service was great. Got a quote and leaves were removed within a 24 hour period of time. The lawn was immaculate and looked awesome. Would definitely recommend to others.

He does an excellent job and is very friendly. The cost is dependent on the depth of the snow and the size of the driveway. I am very satisfied with the work he's done.

I contacted Tim on 10/9/13 to provide lawn cutting service the week of 11/3/13. He contacted me the same day, came out and provided a written quote. I emailed him saying to proceed. He came out on 11/4/13 at 9:30 AM. He trimmed and cut the lawn complete as promised. Very clean and professional job. I was very happy with his service and would not hesitate using his services again.

Tim did another great job. This is the second time I have used him for landscaping. Tim came out for an estimate within 24 hours and began work within a week. The job was for a rental property to clean out some overgrown flower beds and plant 10 shrubs and a tree. After planting Tim also installed weed barrier in all the beds and put in landscaping rock. In addition to doing a great job, Tim came with ideas for making the project look better and using some of the materials I already had on the property. I would not hesitate to use Tim again or recommend him for any landscaping work.

Fantastic! I had another service the previous winter and they were terrible (never showed, chewed up my lawn with their plows despite my having put markers where the driveway was). I never had any problems with Tim whatsoever. He always came as soon as the snowfall was done and I never had to worry about getting out of my driveway. I live by Lake Michigan and we have serious drifting that goes on here so 4" of snowfall turns into a foot in the driveway. Tim handled it with no problem.

The service provided by Tim was very good. I called Tim on Thursday to get an estimate to remove two large bushes from next to the house. Tim stopped over on Thursday evening to give me an estimate and then came on Friday to do the work. Tim did a great job, removed all the debirs, and cleaned up the area. The price for the work was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I found Reliable Lawn Care and Landscaping on Angie's List last winter to take care of vacation snow removal for me. Tim came out quickly to give me an estimate and put me on his customer list. There was little snow last winter, so he only had to come out once to clear and that time there was so little snow, he discounted the cost without me even asking. Later in the winter, my lawn care service informed me they would not be serving my area any more, and since Tim had been so reliable and fair with the snow removal, I asked him to take care of my weekly lawn care. He did a great job with the cutting, edging and cleanup, and was very dependable. It was nice to come home from work to a beautifully manicured lawn each week. The couple of times he was going to be out of town on my service day, he let me know in advance, and took care of the lawn service either before he left town or shortly after he returned. I also had him take care of fall cleanup of my gardens and it was perfect. He even took care of a couple of items I did't have on my list, within his original estimate. Pricing on all services was fair ($27 per cut, $35 for fertilizing, $55 for gutter cleaning and $175 for fall cleanup) and Tim was always responsive and polite. I would highly recommend Reliable Lawn Care & Landscaping.

Reliable lawn care was always thourough and effecient in their work. They were flexible as to when they would come to do the plowing. Their price was very reasonable. We will use them again this year.

We went on a 4 week honeymoon and hired Reliable Lawn Care for snow removal during that time. Instead of being one of the last houses on the block to clear the snow we were one of the first. We like the service so much we kept it for the rest of the season. I will definitely use them next year too.

We contracted with Tim in the fall of 2011. We wanted the snow cleared before our family had to leave for work. He lived up to his business name--RELIABLE. Our snow blower died last year and this is the first year we have contracted for service and we were MOST pleased. It was great to wake to a beautiful snow and seeing our driveway, slab, and sidewalk totally cleared. This was not a big snow year and still we knew we had made a good decision to have snow-removal service instead of buying a new snow blower and doing the work ourselves. There was one snow that was borderline in depth--perhaps a little less than 3 inches in some areas, but I called Tim and asked him to clear the snow because family members were very busy. He promptly came to do the job. We had learned from other years that if we didn't clear the smaller ones, they froze to the surfaces and had to be chiseled up later. We don't know if Reliable's snow removal service is finished for the season, but we will be calling him for work in his other fields such as landscaping.
